‍The following terms will allow us to provide the best service and insight with maximum transparency:


  1. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process orders in addition to estimated shipping time.

  2. Please inspect each product thoroughly before using. Promptly report any damage or issues with the product when first received.

  3. Our products are for topical use ONLY. Do not ingest or alter the usage for any of our products. Please review the product description and label for directions and the intended use.

  4. For best results, do not add ingredients to our products or separate/divide the contents. Each product is handmade with a certain amount for a specific use.

  5. Due to nature, the contents of a product may solidify, liquify, or separate, depending on the temperature. This will not affect the quality of the product. Simply running the tightly sealed bottle/container under warm water will quickly restore the contents for use.

  6. Our choice of natural binding agents require that bottles be shaken, in order for various ingredients to mix before each use.

  7. The ingredients may change anytime at the manufacturer’s discretion. Some ingredients, excluding trade secrets, may be requested by mail or email. The response will be provided by which it was requested. (You may also make a request on our 'Contact Us' page)

  8. Always ensure that minors are guided with adult supervision when using our product line. We do not recommend using any of our products on children ages 3 & under. Also, be mindful of our products that state, "NOT intended for minors", (Anyone under the age of 18).

  9. A small patch test is recommended when trying any product for the first time. Please consult with your physician beforehand, including pregnant/nursing women, or anyone with skin sensitivity issues.

Refund Policy

Carefully review our return and refund policy. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.


  • Returns will only be accepted by our approval. Do not return any packages to the PO Box. Once a return is approved, the proper return address will be provided to you by email/text. (Refer to your invoice for customer service support)

  • Please allow sufficient time to receive a response for the return process. Our customer service department will review all requests in a timely manner.

  • Canceled orders will receive a full refund before it is processed or shipped.

  • Depending on the item, only store credits will be granted for returns due to perishable contents.
